The songs are pretty, sometimes sugary and well crafted. There's something British 80s about the songs. This is definitely the most expert sounding of all of Amazon's free downloads. This is the free download that should NOT be free.

I did delete the song "Seconds" which is not really a song at all. Amanda Mair's House is my favorite.

Track 1 The Radio Dept. play Heaven's on fire. Unfortunate initial spoken word comment ahead of great upbeat song. Dream Pop-ish sounds better than most. Nice rhythms and cool backing keyboards. Like it.

Sambassadeur play Subtle Changes. Another well produced Pop song with nice female vocal and musically interesting band. Keeps your attention throughout. Very nice.

Pallers with The Kiss are next. Simple beat, singer opens up with very clean strong vocal, song picks up some momentum and strength this is a cool song.

Track 4 is Club 8 with Dancing With The Mentally Ill. Simple drums over pretty female vocal mostly singing the song title, dreamy chorus, nice beat. Good production and construction help make this a quality Indie song.

Det Vackra with Viljan. Dream Pop song sung in Swedish over strong beat, nice echoes and vocal, could be mellow dance track.

Would You Say Stop by Acid house Kings. Cool female vocal & pretty simple... Read more

This is a good label and these were a nice addition to my listening collection. I liked most of them and always enjoy the Legends. This is one of the better freebies from Amazon, THANK YOU AMAZON!
