I wear a 11 2E running shoe and wear the XL size. While the XL 84N socks should be way too big, they are just right. The large size would probably fit someone with a shoe size no larger than a 9. These socks finally passed the test. They provide the perfect amount of cushioning and comfort for demanding plyometric, kickboxing, lower-body workouts. They help to keep my foot firmly in the footbed of my shoes and do not allow me to slide around even with a workout that has a lot of start/stop, side-to-side, or up and down.
