You can ride it alone or there is plenty of room for two. We love the snow tubes because they are so lightweight they are easy to carry back up the hills! He then brought it to school for their class party, which included a few hours of sledding. This tube was the hit of the afternoon! His classmates took turns on it, greatly enjoying the two-person ride ... and it went down the hill over and over and over again! Very sturdy, great colors (for a 5th grade boy, at least!) and can be used by one person, or two. Great snow tube!
