These are the first Moen towel bars and related items I have purchased and installed. Previous experience with other name brands has left me skeptical about the mounting design and ease of instllation... but these Moen products were a very pleasant surprise!As most bathroom hardware does these days, Moen incorporates small set screws in their design - but in a much better way than others I have installed. The set screw is easy to set and adjust, and holds once set! Unlike others, these fixtures are not loose or wobbly after installation. Additionally, the wall mount hardware is made very well - much better than others. Very sturdy and well designed - it is made so that you only have one correct way to mount it, and the portion of the wall mount that holds the visible fixture is very sturdy and remains square! I... They look nice and my husband says they were very easy to install. I like this general design because changing paper rolls is absolutely effortless. My one complaint is that the bar that the paper slides onto moves (swings back and forth) and makes noise when pulling paper from the roll. One of them actually squeaks. A little petroleum jelly takes care of that for awhile, but I shouldn't really have to lubricate a toilet tissue dispenser.
