The strap stays tight and it's not uncomfortable wearing with a sweat band. I only have two complaints; 1) the glasses get a little foggy after I've been playing for a while and gotten sweaty (still leaps and bounds better than my old goggles). 2) The nose piece comes off somewhat easy. It never comes off in a game or anything, but it wiggles off in the goggle bag and it's kind of a pain to get back on. These two small cons don't mitigate all of the pros these glasses have.
