(USA, Ohio) - See all my reviews I think they make these from rough bark or something. I definitely don't think cotton soft (which, they don't claim...maybe they are made from old boardwalks, that would explain the softness (or lack thereof)). I would not buy these ever again (unless I get a good deal on them and I was a warden for a prison, then sure!) So be nice to your nose and go elsewhere for a facial tissue.  Ick, By Amazon Verified Purchase Well, there's a ton of tissues here.... Too bad they're not comfortable at all. They turned into a more of an emergency stash for when I'm all out of tissues or at worse toilet paper.It feels like they're made out of printer paper, not comfortable at all. I agree with the last review, sounds great for prison. |
