I encourage anyone looking for a probiotic to read their analysis. It is not just how many strains and the quantity, but which strains and the capsule that delivers them must be enteric coated. I just came off of a huge c.diff infection and this is my brand of choice. I will take these for the rest of my life. I have friends who take probiotics and they are rarely sick despite what is "going around." I give my son Jarrow chewables for now and he hasn't been sick since he began.
